Returns Policy

www.sleepdetox.co.uk makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.  However in the unlikely event of a product being delivered which is not perfect , customers should contact Customer Services within 48 hours of receipt and return the package within 14 days, for a replacement to be sent.

If you have not received your order within 3 working days from the despatch date, Customers should contact Customers Services.

Refunds & Repairs

If your purchase from www.sleepdetox.co.uk is found to be faulty, please return it to us in its original packaging.  Once we have received the item we will issue a refund or replacement (within the first 7 days) or repair thereafter. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order.

Refunds may only be offered if the item purchased is unused, sealed and is in its original packaging.  An administration charge of 10% will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned to us.

Cancellation periods

You have the right to cancel an order seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received.

Where a contract is cancelled, the consumer must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received and 'restore' them back to sleepdetox.

We will refund your payment within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. You will be charged 30 pounds for the cost of  collection, unless you wish to return the goodds using your own courier service.
