The standard UK and EU fire regulations for beds & mattresses in the contract furniture
are of 'Medium Standard'. This requires that the products must adhere to the minimum
requirements of BS7177
This comprises of the following tests
BS EN597-1
BS EN597-2
CRIB 5 which need to meet the BS6807 for flammability
