7 Day Trial — Terms and Conditions

• Mattresses must be returned with the original packaging.
• The mattress trial commences from the date of delivery.
• The words "Trial Offer" must  be put into the special instructions box, to take part in the trial period
• The trial offer is only available on request.
• Any damage to the mattress, marks, tears etc will be deducted from the refund.
• Any free items must be returned together with the mattress.
• Mattresses must be returned within 2 days of the end of the trial period.
• The safe return delivery of the item is the responsiblity of the customer. There is no return delivery charge
• We do not accept returns of unpacked mattresses.
• Custom size mattresses are not included in this trial period.
• A credit for the mattress/topper/ pillows will be raised within 30 days.
• All disputes will be covered by the jurisdiction of English Law.
